It is also believed that Preah Khan served as a residence to the king as he waited for Angkor Thom to be completed.

Though it was built using grey sandstone which were rather delicate and most of the temple has somehow failed the test of time, you would be able to see detailed intel carving when on the South-west Tower. This place is specifically popular for delightful sunset views.
